How to Unleash the Beast in The Sims 4
If you’re working through the lone wolf aspiration you’ll need to unleash the beast in The Sims 4.
This is thankfully simple, and comes with The Sims 4: Werewolves!
How to Unleash the Beast in The Sims 4
Your sim needs to unleash the beast 25 total times, so you’ll need to do quite a few interactions with the following four options.
Scratching and Smashing
Your very first option is to smash and scratch items around your house or another’s house. The first option is to smash which you’ll find on items like toilets and sinks.

Your other option is to go to items with fabric like couches and beds and choose to scratch them.

When you scratch or smash you’ll have a broken item or a really ugly and scratched up one and you’ll need to repair or replace items if you want them back.
Snarling At Sims
Your next option is to snarl at sims which is just a mean looking interaction. This appears from time to time but you can find it in the mean menu when you click on a sim.

Your werewolf sim will go up to the other sim and snarl with their teeth and look quite frightening. It will decrease their relationship and may scare the other sim too.

Ferocious Intimidation Ability
Your other two options both require your sim to improve their werewolf rank and purchase werewolf abilities. For this one, you’ll just need to have earned a single perk point to purchase the ferocity werewolf perk that’s available immediately.

This ability’s description reads “Unlocking the ability to uses Ferocious Intimidation on others, your sim can now bear their fangs and send Sims fleeing in terror! With any luck, they’ll drop their wallet too. If being a bit beastly is wrong, your sim doesn’t wanna be right.”
Once you purchase this perk you’ll see a new option when you click on a sim, even before you introduce yourself. You’ll click Ferocious intimidation and your sim will go up and scare the poop out of the other sim.

The other sim will drop down in fear or run away and get a scared moodlet from the interaction.
The best part about this is there is a chance that the sim will drop their wallet! When this happens your sim will get all their money, so there’s profit in a ferocious intimidation!

My sim scared Malcolm Landgraab and he dropped over 300 simoleons which was awesome.
Vicious Howl Ability
Another werewolf ability you can buy is the Vicious Howl ability that you can get in the first column when you’re a veteran werewolf.

This ability’s description says “Master the Vicious Howl, a scream that strikes fear in the hearts of all. Incredibly satisfying and fun – at least for your sim, though maybe not so much for other Sims who might be nearby?”

When you purchase Vicious Howl you’ll want to click on your sim and go into the werewolf menu and you’ll find the vicious howl option. Your sim will do a scary howl into the air and any sims around them will be scared and potentially run away.

Now that you know how to unleash the beast, you can go off and finish the lone wolf aspiration and get the threatening presence reward trait!
