How to Teach Another Sim to Knit in The Sims 4
Teaching another sim to knit is just like mentoring in other skills. Your sim will need level 5 of the knitting skill already obtained and have a knitting basket in their inventory.
You’ll be able to click on any sim from child to elder and choose teach to knit and the two sims will sit together with the teacher watching and the student knitting.
The sim who is learning to knit will gain the skill way faster this way than if they were to try and learn it themselves.
Bestowing Scared Knitting Knowledge
When a sim is able to finish the lord or lady of the knits aspiration they are going to be given the sacred knitting knowledge reward trait.
There are so many fun uses for this reward trait including making the forbidden sweater, reversing the sweater curse and being able to bestow sacred knitting knowledge on other sims.
The ability to bestow sacred knitting knowledge works the same way as teaching sims to knit, it replaces the same option and animations. However, it is super lightning speed fast. My sim gained almost 5 levels of the skill is just one lesson which was wild!
Now that your sim can teach others to knit you can work toward creating a family of knitters who will all sell items on Plopsy and take over the world!
