How to Talk to Nature in The Sims 4
Being able to talk to nature in The Sims 4 lets your sims get inspired, with the right skill levels.
Becoming more connected with the world lets your sims get inspired from chatting with nature.
This ability comes with the natural living skill in The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature.
How to Talk to Nature in The Sims 4
The ability to talk to nature is unlocked at level five of the natural living skill, so you’ll first need to get to level 5. You can gain that skill by foraging, sleeping on the ground or bathing outdoors.
Once you have level 5 you have two options. The first option is to click on any planted item in a garden and you’ll find the option to talk to nature.
Your other option is to click on a houseplant that your sim has in their home, these came with Enchanted by Nature as well! You’ll find the option to talk to nature here too.
When a sim has a low level of the natural living skill, they’ll get a +1 Tense moodlet called One-Sided Conversation.
When your sim has a higher level of the natural living skill, they’ll get inspired when talking to nature. The +2 Inspired moodlet called A Natural Muse says “After a heart-to-leaf chat with plants, your sim feels a wave of inspiration. The serene connection with nature sparked their imagination.”
If you’re working through the nature nomad aspiration you’ll just need to talk to nature when your sim has level 9 or 10 of the natural living skill before doing this!
There is so much fun gameplay to be had with the natural living skill from talking to nature, to foraging for food and even comfortably bathing outside! I’m obsessed with enchanted by nature, and everything you can do outside.
