Taking care of others is important and your sim will become more thoughtful after the sims 4 think of others formative moment.
These formative moments were added with The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits and they are awesome because they make childhood matter.
The Sims 4 Think of Others Formative Moment
- “I’m going to do 6 nice things for other Sims.”
For this you’ll need to do nice things for others sims six times. However, it says you can comfort sims for this and I couldn’t get that to work! So here are two other things you can do instead.
The first thing you can do is have your sims volunteer with their parents. You’ll have a parent go to the phone menu and under travel choose volunteer. You’ll have a menu open where you’ll choose which sims, make sure to choose your child.
Another menu will open letting you choose which type of volunteer to do, it doesn’t actually matter which one you choose.
Next up is feeding animals. Your first option is to fill the food bowl for cats or dogs if you have The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs. You just click on the bowl and choose fill bowl.
If you have The Sims 4: Horse Ranch you can also have this sim click on the feeder and choose refill feeder to help feed the horse.
Thoughtful Child Formative Moment Trait
When you finish this formative moment your sim gets the thoughtful child formative moment trait. The trait’s description says “As a Child, this sim took the time to invest in other sims and really care for them. As an adult, when they have relationships, they’ll last longer – even without as much upkeep. That’s the value of being thoughtful!”
This is awesome because you can ignore your friends for days without as much of a decrease in your relationship.
