The Sims 4 The Ground’s Jewel Fable
Fables are a fun way to connect with the world of Innisgreen and the Sims 4 The Ground’s Jewel Fable has your sim using fairy magic to teleport.
In this fable from The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature your sim will head to Sylvan Glade and catch a treefish with their fishing skill!
How to Get The Ground’s Jewel Fable
To get this fable your sim will need to head to Everdew and find Care Ren. This sim will be found outside of the Mossveil Fairy Hub which is a giant mushroom in the middle of the world.
You’ll need to click on this sim and choose acquire a fable. However, you must first have finished the stubborn misfortune fable which you can acquire from this same sim.
Sims 4 The Ground’s Jewel Fable Tasks
“Through mist or through rock, found deep in a cove, a land lived alone and in secret. And any reward that could be discovered, the Sim was allowed to just keep it. Now this place was made for all life’s creatures, but nobody knew its true worth. Except Mother Nature, and her nomenclature, which stated ‘it’s deep in the earth’. So go my dead friend, figure out what she means, and catch your reward if you dare. You can teleport, the travel is short, then find out what’s hidden in there…”
- Teleport to Sylvan Glade
In the Stubborn Misfortune fable your sim was given the starseed teleporter and you can use this to travel to Sylvan Glade. However, you can also use the one located in Everdew as well!
To use either of these you’re first going to need to get fairy dust. There are so many ways to get this including:
- Ask Fairies for Fairy Dust
- Shake a Fairy House
- Forage in Everdew
- Brushing off Fairy Dust as a Fairy
- Getting Your Fairy Rations from The Mossveil Fairy Hub as a Fairy
Thankfully you’ll only need 1 fairy dust to teleport to Sylvan Glade so you can just forage in Everdew a few times and get it rather easily.
When you click on the Starseed Teleporter a menu will open and let you travel to a bunch of places and you’ll want to click on Sylvan Glade.
- Catch a Treefish
Once in Sylvan Glade the fable will expand and you’ll get the task of catching a treefish. You’ll want to go fishing in the pond in the middle of the area and fish until your sim catches a treefish.
My sim was thankfully able to do this quickly with only one level of the fishing skill.
Reward for Finishing the Fable
“A beautiful scene, fairies flutter and flee, but nothing seems like a big deal. I’m sure if you knew, you’d get Mother’s clue, and maybe that thing would be real. So it’s probably better to not know it was dirt – the thing you were trying to cash. To Mother it’s treasure, it brings her great pleasure, though most sims would deem it trash.”
When you finish this fable you’ll be given a live houseplant in your sims household inventory as well as a forbidden fruit of the plant sim in your sim’s inventory. You can actually eat the forbidden fruit and your sim will turn into a plant sim!
