How to Get Tassels in The Sims 4
There are actually a bunch of ways your sim is able to get these tassels in the world of Tomarang!
Touring the Tiger Sanctuary
In Tomarang there is a Tiger Sanctuary and your sim is actually able to visit it and there is a chance of getting a tassel through the visit. You can visit during opening hours, or visit at night and sneak in. However, if you get caught your sim will be banned from the sanctuary for a while.
If you get the Caught in the Act action card when sneaking into the sanctuary and choose claim to be looking for a lost item, you should get a tassel from this interaction!
Purchasing them at The Night Market
Each night in the Morensong neighbourhood of Tomarang, you’ll find a really adorable night market where you can eat good food and purchase fun stuff like tassels and colourful marbles.
This market is open each night from 6PM to 2AM and you’ll be able to find a non-food stall on the corner of a building closer to the water. This stall can be clicked on to purchase goods and a menu will open where you’ll be able to purchase a couple of tassels.
Digging Them Up
On any of the beaches in Tomarang you can find small sand piles and when you click them you can choose dig up sand pile. You can find tassels in this sand piles!
Exploring The Cave
There’s a cave in Tomarang that your sim can go into and explore. As you explore it you’ll get action cards and if you give the right answers you can be rewarded with a tassel!
Types of Tassels
There are 10 total tassels to collect and each of them is a different rarity between common, uncommon and rare.
Blue Tassel
- This is a common tassel with a value of §50
Green Tassel
- This is a common tassel with a value of §50
Light Green Tassel
- This is a common tassel with a value of §50
Pink Tassel
- This is a common tassel with a value of §50
Purple Tassel
- This is a common tassel with a value of §50
Yellow Tassel
- This is a common tassel with a value of §50
Magenta Tassel
- This is an uncommon tassel with a value of §50
Turquoise Tassel
- This is an uncommon tassel with a value of §50
Orange Tassel
- This is an rare tassel with a value of §50
Red Tassel
- This is an rare tassel with a value of §50
Reward for Completing the Collection
When you finish this collection you’ll get a notification giving you so much information. You’ll find out that you can click on one of the tassels in your sim’s inventory and choose combine tassels.
When you do this you’ll get a notification called Tomarani Tassel Shirt Unlocked and it says “Your Sim has managed to stitch the tassels together into a brand new shirt! Now they may wear their finds with pride and share a little piece of Tomarang history with those around them.”
You’ll be able to go into create a sim and have your sim wear it, and it’s a fun top! You’ll also get a plaque called Treasurer of Tassels. The description on the plaque says “Only a Sim with a truly adventurous soul could manage to find a tassel in every single colour, and for that, we salute you!”
