How to Find Space Rocks in The Sims 4

Going to space is cool but coming back with sims 4 space rocks in your inventory is even cooler.

These space rocks are one of many collections in the game that you can finish and get rewarded with a plaque at the end!

How to Find Space Rocks in The Sims 4

There is only one way to get space rocks in the game and it requires your sim to fly around in a rocket ship. For this you’ll need to purchase the Steampunk Flyamajig from the build catalog for 5,000 simoleons.

This gives you the platform where you’ll have a spaceship. Your sim will need to spend another 1,000 simoleons and many hours of their life to actually build it.

Once the rocket is built you’ll click on it and choose explore space and your sim will change into a space suit and get into the rocket and fly away.

As they are in the sky you’ll get action cards to respond to and they change what happens to your sim. You’ll want to read these and choose options that help you get cool stuff like these space rocks or the alien collection you can get in the same way!

If you see any action cards that mention loot or stuff, you should pay attention because those will increase your odds in being able to bring home space rocks.

When your sim brings a space rock back with them you’ll get a notification that says “Your sim found a space rock!” and the rock will appear in their inventory. There are only four to collect, but they take a while to get and my sim had to go to space 20+ times before getting all four.
