Purchasing Capsules from Vending Machines
When you go around in the neighbourhoods in Mt Komorebi you’ll see vending machines that you can use. For Simmies you’re looking for one that has a polka dot design and shoes the adorable faces on these in the centre.

You’ll click this vending machine and choose purchase simmi capsule and it will cost you 50 simoleons. The capsule will appear in your sim’s inventory and it will have a different colour depending on the rarity.

Beware of Death by Vending Machine
One of the scariest parts about getting these items is the potential for death. You may be thinking, huh? Death? From Simmies? Well, sometimes when you purchase items from vending machines in the game the items can get stuck.

You can have your sim go ahead and shake the vending machine and there is a chance when you do this that the sim will get crushed under the vending machine and cease to exist!
You can get crushed and survive, but sometimes you won’t be that lucky. Just be aware that this is a thing that can happen to your sim!
