There isn’t really a specific set of tasks I can give you to make this happen. It comes down to two huge factors:

- What types of exercise your sims are doing

Eating Smarter and Considering Calories and Proteins
The food that your sims eat actually has an impact on their weight and exercise abilities. A sim who only eats hot dogs and cake will gain weight much quicker than sim who is eating salads, just like in real life.
You need to consider the types of food your sim is eating when trying to get them to their maximum body potential.
If your sim has level two of the cooking skill and is feeling energized you can cook a High Energy Protein Plate which is the best thing to feed a sim who is trying to reach their maximum body potential. You’ll even get an energized moodlet that you can use to exercise with.

Plus, when you reach level 5 of the fitness skill your sim will unlock the ability to create a protein drink on any of the bars that your sims can drink for the same effects.

Exercising The Entire Body
If your sim is only doing one kind of exercise, this will take so much longer for them. In my gameplay experience I’ve found that you need to get your sims to exercise both their cardio and their muscles to make this happen.
Some things you can do to exercise their muscles include:
- Working out on exercise equipment
- Using the training bot from The Sims 4: StrangerVille
- Boxing
Things you can do to exercise your sim’s cardio include:
- Swimming
- Jogging
- Using Treadmills
- Using the Rock Climbing Wall from The Sims 4: Fitness Stuff
You’ll want to do an even amount of cardio and muscle training so your sim is a well-rounded athlete!
When All Else Fails, Cheat.
If you are struggling to make this happen and want a little bit of help you can change your sim’s body to make this happen slightly quicker. If you use the cas.fulleditmode cheat and then shift click on your sim and choose to go into create-a-sim you’ll be able to move the fitness and weight bars.

If you make your sim have the lowest weight and highest fitness with this cheat you’ll be able to get this complete just a little bit faster.
