The Sims 4 Raise a Butterfly Quest

There are a bunch of quests to complete and the sims 4 raise a butterfly quest will help with entomology!

Your sim can get this quest in The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits from Laxmi Kunal, the butterfly conservationist.

  • Talk to Butterfly Conservationist about Raising Butterflies

Your first task is easy, just chat with the butterfly conservationist who you just got the quest from and choose talk about raising butterflies. You’ll get some information about raising them and get to move onto actually doing it!

  • Purchase a Caterpillar Incubator from Butterfly Ranger Station

The Ranger Station is located in the Wanderwood Wilds neighbourhood right by the Plumbird Park.

You’ll click this building and choose the option to purchase goods.

When you do a menu will open and you’ll have a few things you can buy, but you want to choose Flutterarium Caterpillar Incubator. Purchase one and head back to your sim’s home lot.

  • Raise a Butterfly in Caterpillar Incubator

Drag the incubator from your sim’s inventory onto any surface like a table or counter. Click on it and choose start raising a caterpillar.

A menu will open with options, however, the options you have to choose from depend on your sim’s entomology skill and the different butterflies and moths they’ve caught. You may only be able to have an unknown butterfly grow!

Once you choose one it will be a little caterpillar on a stick. You’ll have a few options where you can feed it and view it. Both of these have cool downs so you can’t do it over and over.

After a few hours it’ll turn into a cocoon that’s hanging from the top. Your options change from feeding and viewing to viewing and reading to it which is super cute.

When your butterfly or moth is fully grown you’ll need to click on the incubator and choose gather butterfly or moth so it goes into your sim’s inventory to finish the task.

  • Talk about Experience Raising a Butterfly with Butterfly Conservationist

Of course the butterfly conservationist wants more time to chat with you, so head back to Laxmi Kunal and do the talk about experience raising a butterfly interaction.

When you complete the sims 4 raise a butterfly quest you’ll get a notification telling you that the conservationist is overjoyed to hear about your sim’s experience!

You can also finish fun quests like the melody of the Geyser if you’re interesting in butterflies to find the Red Admiral Butterfly!
