You can use these cheats to give your sim a higher level of the medium skill or even give them the license they need to start investigating.
Skill Cheats
In this pack you can play around with the medium skill and with the below cheat code you can max your sim’s level of this skill.

If you want a different level of the skill you can change the number from 5 to another number from 1-4.
Paranormal Investigator Career Cheats
In this game you can get yourself a paranormal investigator license in a few ways, but there are two ways you can do it with cheats. The first way is to give your sim enough satisfaction points to purchase it from the reward store. You’ll use sims.give_satisfaction_points 3000 to do this.
You can also use the below cheat code to give your sim the license without going through the reward store.
