How to Find Metals in The Sims 4

When breaking rocks you can find many items including sims 4 metals that you can turn into elements or jewelry.

These metals can be found in every world and the collection is pretty easy to complete!

How to Find Metals in The Sims 4

When you walk around any of the worlds in The Sims 4 you’ll find rocks that appear that you can click on and dig out of the ground. There are three types of rocks where you’ll either get Crystals, Fossils or Metals.

To find metals you’re looking for rocks that are covered in dots that are bronze, gold and silver in colour.

You’ll click on the rock and choose dig and when you do you’ll get a notification telling you that your sim has found a metal and the metal will appear in your sim’s inventory.

Turning Metals into Elements

The interesting thing about metals is that you can actually turn them into a totally different collection, elements! The elements collection is created by sending your metals off to be processed by the Geo Council.

To do this you’ll click on the metal in your sim’s inventory and choose send to geo council. You’ll get a notification that says “The sample has been sent to the National Sim Geological Council for elemental isolation. Expect your isolated elements to be mailed to you in the next day or so! “
