This formative moment comes to your game with The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits and will let your sim have better socialization with others.

- “Ghosts know a lot about the past. I bet if I made friends with one, I’d learn a lot about it too!”
To do this formative moment your sim will need to have access to a ghost, which happens when you have a sim pass away. You can do this naturally and maybe have them have a grandparent who passes, or you can turn your adult sims evil and starve another sim until they pass.
For this part of the challenge you’ll need to become friends with the ghost. This happens at 35% friendship so you need to do random friendly interactions until you reach that!
- “I want to have a really special connection with a Ghost!”
The key to having that special connection is getting positive sentiments with the ghost that your sim chats with. I was able to have this need satisfied after becoming best friends with the ghost which you can do at 80% friendship.
After becoming best friends my sim got the deeply connected sentiment with the ghost and that sentiment satisfied this!
Learned from the Past Formative Moment
When my sim finished up the sims 4 learn from the past formative moment they got the learned from the past trait. This trait’s description reads “As a child, this Sim really wanted to learn from the past, and they decided to do it by befriending a Ghost! The ghost actually knew a lot about life and passed that knowledge onto the future generation. As an Adult, this Sim will succeed more often when interacting with other Sims.”
Having this trait will make your sim have an easier time with socialization as an adult. This means that you’ll see less embarrassed moodlets happening from chatting with sims.
