With The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle we got the addition of the sims 4 juice fizzing skill.
This skill lets your sims make fun juices that can influence emotions and just let your sims have a good time!
What is Juice Fizzing Good For?
The biggest benefit of juice fizzing comes when you decide to sell it at a market place table.
This is great for earning a great amount of money quickly without a ton of effort since the machine does all the work!
How to Gain The Sims 4 Juice Fizzing Skill
Unfortunately there is no skill book for juice fizzing so you have to earn this skill through action. To do this your sims will need to purchase the Afizzionissimi Fizzing Station from the build catalog for ยง735!
Once you have this item you’ll need to get your hands on some fruits and vegetables to start making juices. You can do this by purchasing seeds and planting them in the ground or on one of the vertical planters.
When you have some fruit and veggies you’ll go to the juice fizzing machine and choose to load the ingredients and a menu will open asking you what ingredients you want to input for this batch of juice.
The amount of ingredients you put into the machine will impact how much you get out of it. If you place one piece of ingredients into the machine you’ll get one bottle, and doing more than one will get you a six pack.
The machine will create the juice for the next few hours and the small screen will show a green checkmark on it when you can collect it. You can hover over the juice fizzing machine and the game will tell you if it’s ready or not, you can even see progress on the screen.
When your sim reaches level 3 of the sims 4 juice fizzing skill they can start making Seltzers. This is awesome because for the same amount of ingredients you’ll get more output. You’ll get an entire 12 pack instead of a 6 pack!
You can drink this drink, or you have a choice to sell it in your inventory or throw a yard sale!
Ideal Mood for Juice Fizzing
As you play The Sims 4 you’ll notice that each skill has a best mood to earn the skill more quickly and I found that for juice fizzing it’s focused. The best way to get focused is to ponder moves on a chess table.
You can also get your sims to feel focused by having them drink any juice made with flowers!
Best Traits for Juice Fizzing
Since the ideal mood for juice fizzing is focused you’ll want your sims to have certain traits that can help make that happen and make the entire process of juice fizzing easier:
- Genius: Sims with this trait will get random focused moodlets that you can use to your advantage
- Loves The Outdoors: If you want to grow your own ingredients for juice fizzing, you’ll be outside a lot so its best to keep your sims happy
- Practice Makes Perfect: This trait gives a lot of random focused moodlets and gives skill gains later in the skill
You’ll also want to have good lot traits on your sim’s household, some good options include:
- Study Spot: This trait comes with Discover University and gives skill boosts to every skill
- Great Soil: This trait comes with City Living and makes gardening on this lot easier, which is great if you want to grow your own ingredients
How to Cheat The Sims 4 Juice Fizzing Skill
If you want your sims to be able to make juice without any effort on your part, you can cheat it instead. To cheat juice fizzing you’ll need to know stats.set_skill_level minor_juicefizzing 5 to max the skill.
If you want a different level of the skill you can change the five to a number from 1-4.
Levels of The Sims 4 Juice Fizzing Skill
Juice fizzing is considered a minor skill meaning it only has five levels to gain. As you gain these levels you’ll unlock new abilities!

| Level 4 | Your sim is approaching peak fizzing power! They can now give fizzing tips, and if they are feeling confident, they can send fizzy products to Fizz Enthusiasts for evaluation. |
| Level 5 | Your sim has mastered the juice fizzing skill and become a certified afizzionado! She can now attempt to fizz the mysterious Grimbucha. |
Making Money With The Sims 4 Juice Fizzing Skill
If you want your sims to make a lot of money with The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle, selling juice is the way to go.
You have two options, drag to sell from your sim’s inventory or you can have more fun and have a yard sale. To do this you can start a yard sale with the Ground Floor Entrepreneur’s Table!
First you need to stock all the juice your sim makes into this table, then choose tend table and then start yard sale. Random sims will appear in front of your table and may purchase items.
You should click these sims and choose give sales pitch and they have a bigger chance of buying!
Some of the prices I got paid for my juice include 350 and 112 for six packs and 15 for a single bottle. The amount of money you get paid depends on so many factors including the level your sim has in this skill and the quality of the produce you put in the machine.
Upgrading The Juice Fizzer
There are three upgrades you can make to the machine with the handiness skill and each will improve your sim’s experience with this machine. Let’s go over each upgrade!
- Add Self Cleaning: Makes the juice fizzer clean itself after every use
- Requires 1 Electronic & 3 Common Upgrade Parts
- Improve Infuser: Increases the quality of crafted products!
- Requires 3 Common & 2 Electronic Upgrade Parts
- Make Unbreakable: Makes the juice fizzer unbreakable
- Requires 2 Electronic & 3 Common Upgrade Parts
Obviously self-cleaning and unbreakable are incredible, but if you want to sell your juice for money the improve infuser option is a must-have!
Changing Emotions With Fizz
Drinking fizz is great, but depending on what flavour it is it can give you a different mood for your sims. You want to make specific flavours to get specific moods!
- Make a Sim Flirty
- Strawberries, Pomegranate
- Make a Sim Focused
- Flowers (i.e., Birds of Paradise, Bluebells, Chamomile, Christmas Rose, Daisy, etc)
- Make a Sim Confident
- Elderberry, Plantain, Blackberry
- Make a Sim Inspired
- Lemons, Pairs
- Make a Sim Uncomfortable
- Any Suspicious Fizz (i.e., spinach, tomato, etc)
- Make a Sim Energized
- Parsley, Basil, Sage
- Make a Sim Playful
- Grapes, Cherry, Huckleberry
- Make a Sim Happy
- Soy Beans, Apple, Dragon fruit, Grow Fruit
Drinking Too Much Fizz
You’ll soon find out that drinking too much fizz can have a bad impact on your sim. As you drink more and more your sim will get more and more confident until it’s all too much for them.
If you get the I’m So Fizzing Confident moodlet, you should stop. If you don’t your sim will get the Fizzled Out moodlet which is Dazed +8!
When my sim had the dazed moodlet they had their energy bar deplete almost entirely and they passed out on the floor. They had also peed their pants right before from drinking too much fizz, so they were stinky and passed out.
