There are so many fun formative moments to play and with the Sims 4 Gather With Others formative moment your sim will focus their time on clubs.
This formative moment is available if you have The Sims 4: Get Together installed.
The Sims 4 Gather With Others Formative Moment
- “I want to make my Club the best one there ever was!”
First your sim is going to need to join a club which you can do in the social groups menu! Some allow you to join immediately, but some you’ll need to meet the sims first and apply for an invitation.
Each club has specific activities that are encouraged that align with the club’s values. When you (or other members) do these tasks, you’ll gain club points and your sim needs to gain 250 points for this requirement.
You can see the specific tasks for the club in the social groups menu so you can be guided to the proper tasks to do! For the Garden Gnomes club, the tasks are fishing, looking for frogs and gardening so having all the sims go fishing together works well and very quickly.
- “I’m going to be really active in a club. Everyone will know who I am!”
For this requirement your sim needs to spend four hours at a club gathering. You can click on the social groups menu and at the bottom you can start a club gathering. Just have your sim hangout with the club for over four hours and it will satisfy this requirement.
- “I want to become the Club leader!”
To become a club leader you have two options, either start a new club or overthrow the leader. To overthrow the leader you’ll want to grow relationships with all members and complain to them about the leader. Then, you’ll convince the leader to step down and your sim will become leader if they agree.
To start a club you’ll go to the clubs menu and go to the drop down and choose to start a club. You’ll get a pop-up menu where you can choose members, name the club and pick the activities.
Ran a Club as a Kid Trait
When you finish this formative moment your sim will get the Ran a Club as a Kid trait. This trait’s description reads “As a child, this sim ran their own club and made it the best they could! As an adult, they’ll be better at mentoring other sims by helping them gain skills more quickly.”
This is super useful if you have sims who get high enough skills to mentor. When mentoring the sim who you are mentoring will gain skills even faster than before!
