How to Freely Rotate Items in The Sims 4
Build mode works on a grid and lets you rotate on that grid but you are able freely rotate items in The Sims 4!
This lets you place items in different ways and it looks so much better when you can rotate however you want.
How to Freely Rotate Items
To be able to rotate items freely you’ll want to use the move objects cheat. To do this you first need to enable cheats by opening the cheat box and typing in testingcheats true and hitting enter. You can open the cheat box in a few ways:
- PC: Ctrl + Shift + C
- Mac: Command + Shift + C
- Console: All Four Triggers
You’ll then want to type in bb.moveobjects on and hit enter and now you’ll be free to rotate these items.
To do this you’ll want to grab the item and hold down the alt key on your keyboard and move your mouse around and the item will rotate any which way you want!
