The Sims 4 Form Bonds Away From Home Formative Moment
- “If I’m going to be away from home and survive, I need to make a friend at a Getaway.”
To do this formative moment your sim will need to go on a getaway. You can go to their phone and under the travel menu you’ll choose plan a getaway. You’ll want to choose the kid’s camp if you want to have the most fun!
Once at the getaway your sim needs to make a friend. You can introduce yourself to any of the other children at the kid’s camp and get your sim to 35% or more friendship with them. You can grow the relationship easily through simple friendly interactions!
- “I don’t want to be homesick when I leave home anymore!”
You’ll need to stay at this getaway until your sim gets and recovers from a Homesick sad moodlet. This moodlet will appear usually on day two of the getaway and it will make your sim upset.
To make the moodlet go away quicker you can get the sim to cry it out under the covers by clicking on their bed or you can get them to give themselves a pep talk by clicking on a mirror.
Once the homesick moodlet goes away, you’ll satisfy this requirement.
Formed Bonds Away From Home Trait
When your sim finishes off the sims 4 form bonds away from home formative moment you’ll gain the Formed Bonds Away From Home trait.
This trait says “As a child, this Sim got kind of homesick while on a Getaway. They had to work through it and made a new friend along the way! As an adult, they’ll build friendly relationships with Sims more quickly.”
This trait is a good one if you want to do the friend of the world aspiration and have your sim have a whole bunch of friends!
