For this formative moment all your sim needs to do is go swimming for four hours. You’ll do this cumulatively so you don’t need to have your sim swim for four straight hours, just four hours in total.
You could even add a diving board and get your sim to work on the diving skill in between long swim sessions!
Honorary Childhood Swim Team Member Trait
When your sim finishes this formative moment they’ll get the honorary childhood swim team member trait.
This trait’s description reads “As a Child, this Sim found a lost Swim Team scrapbook and thought it was pretty inspirational. They spent time trying follow in the Swim Team’s footsteps. As an Adult, they’ll lose less Energy Need when swimming.”
This trait will make it so your sims can swim longer without getting tired which can be helpful for getting the diving skill or the fitness skill on long swims.
