How to Get Death by Pufferfish Nigiri in The Sims 4
Sometimes you need to be careful when trying to create interesting dishes or you can have the sims 4 death by pufferfish nigiri!
This death comes with The Sims 4: City Living and will have your sim wishing they never ate at that food stall.
How to Get Death by Pufferfish Nigiri in The Sims 4
To have a sim die from pufferfish nigiri it needs to be poor quality, which you can’t do by just buying it from a stall. So, your sim needs to learn the recipe.
To do this you’ll need to go to The Fashion District in San Myshuno and look for the specific food stall that will sell it. Unfortunately, the stalls change based on the day so you can’t do this every day.
You’ll click on that stall and choose to order food and a menu will open and at the bottom you’ll see Pufferfish Nigiri.
Your sim will purchase and eat this food and when they do you’ll get a notification telling you that they’ve learned the recipe and can now cook it for themselves at home.
There are two ways to die from eating this food, one is if your sim eats poor quality pufferfish nigiri and the other is if your sim eats the meal while in a bad mood. Neither are guaranteed, they may not happen every time.
You’ll have your sim go home and click on their fridge or stove and choose cook and find Pufferfish Nigiri. Choose to cook either one, four or eight and then wait until your sim finishes it.
If you want them to have a poor quality pufferfish nigiri you should have your sim have low quality appliances, have the have a low cooking skill and have them cook in a bad mood.
If you have The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature sims will cook worse quality meals when they are having a bad luck day.
Once your sim cooks the meal and its poor quality, you can either have that sim eat it or feed it to another sim instead.
While the sim is eating the meal you’ll see them start to choke and look very scared. The sim will choke and eventually fall onto the plate and their life will end and The Grim Reaper will appear.
Pufferfish Death Ghost
There is a fun visual effect with these ghosts because they literally have a pufferfish in their chest!
These ghosts will have the death by pufferfish trait that says “This sim took their life in their mouth and ate a highly toxic fish.”
