This will give your sims a bonus in the conservationist and civil designer careers.
This formative moment requires you to have The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle installed in your game.
The Sims 4 Care for the Environment Formative Moment
- “I can start small by doing just 5 things that are good for the planet!”
You have a few options for doing this and all of them come from Eco Lifestyle. The first option is to dive for deals on a dumpster to try and keep stuff from going to a landfill!
You’ll need to wait for them to fill up, so you can place this on your sim’s lot and then empty your trash into this dumpster so you can dive for deals.
The other options involve the Mitey Mitey Home – Insect Farm that you can purchase for 165 simoleons.
Place one of these on your lot and click on it as the child. You’ll get to choose what to farm between grubs, crickets or beetles. Choosing what to farm will satisfy one of the requirements.
You can also satisfy one of the five things for this formative moment by clicking on the insect house and choosing nurture. Your sim will open a drawer on the side and pick up the insect and give them some love!
Childhood Environmentalist Formative Moment Trait
When you finally get your sim to finish the sims 4 Care for the Environment Formative Moment you’ll be given the childhood environmentalist trait. It’s description says “As a child, this Sim really wanted to save the plant and took their first steps in doing so! As an adult, they’ll advance more quickly in the Civil Designer Career (Eco Lifestyle) and the Conservationist Career (Island Living).”
This trait makes your sims have an easier time getting promoted in environmentalist related careers from both Eco Living and Island Living.
