• “I want to go to a Getaway and stay away from home for a really long time!”

For this formative moment your sim will need to spend 8 hours or more at a Getaway away from their parents. To do this you’ll need to plan a getaway on your sim’s phone.

A great option for kids is to send them to the Outdoor Kids Camp where they can make friends and learn new skills. Once there, your sim just needs to spend 8 hours before they head home so you can hangout and play with the fun stuff like Kayaks and archery targets.

Getaway Champion Reward Trait

After your sim completes their 8 hours away from home with this formative moment they’ll get the getaway champion trait. This trait’s description reads “As a child, this Sim wanted to experience true independence and challenged themselves to set out on their own away from home! As an adult, they’ll remain confident longer when becoming confident.”

Confident moodlets are great for things like the diving skill where your sim needs to feel confident!
