How to Catch The Anglerfish in The Sims 4

There are some fish that are elusive and the sims 4 anglerfish is one of those that is a bit harder to find.

This is one of the fish that requires you to have specific bait in a specific area!

How to Catch The Anglerfish in The Sims 4

To catch the anglerfish you’ll first need to gain access to the secret world of Sylvan Glade. If you’ve never been there you’ll want to interact with the large weird tree beside the Crick Cabana lot in Willow Creek.

You’ll view it, water it, talk to it and then you’ll see it open and you can explore it. If you give the right answers to the questions asked you’ll be able to travel to Sylvan Glade.

This fish will be found in this area at the back where you’ll see a small pond with a waterfall. You’ll need to have at least level three of the fishing skill so your sim is able to use bait.

You’ll click on the fishing spot and choose fish with bait and when the menu opens you’ll need to pick medium sized fish. If you hover over the types of fish you’ve already caught you’ll see their size, a good option is the Koi fish. You can use any medium sized fish like a rainbowfish or bass as well.

You may want to fish in other spots for a long time first to have enough skill and bait to be able to watch this hard to find fish!
