This is one of those things I couldn’t figure out at first and I’m technically a sims expert! You’ll never see a social interaction with show off clean house that you can just click, that’s not how this works.
Even if you check the dust levels and it says your sim’s house is clean it’s not enough. You’ll want to keep cleaning until you see your sim get the +1 Fine Sparkling Clean Surroundings moodlet.
This moodlet’s description reads “Your sim feels invigorated and inspired by their sparkling clean surroundings! Being in a well-cared for environment will help your sim be more productive and creative in many different pursuits. As long as they keep things clean, they will be more successful at working from home and learning new skills.”
Once you see this moodlet you’ll immediately want to click on a sim in your sim’s relationship panel and invite them over! Seriously, immediately, this moodlet doesn’t last super long.
The requirement to show off the house was satisfied the second the sim was at the door!
Once you see that sweet sweet sparkling clean surroundings moodlet you’ll be good to go and you can finish off the perfectly pristine aspiration and get that fast & fastidious bonus trait!
