You’ll need to grow your gemology skill until your sim has the option to cut a crystal into a seed-shaped gemstone. You are able to use any kind of crystal to make this happen!
Once you have the seed-shaped gemstone you can place it on the ground and then click on it and choose plant. Then, you’ll see a mound of dirt and when you hover over it it’ll be a Crystal Tree.
Crystal trees are awesome because you’ll grow this insanely fun glowing tree and you can harvest crystals from it!
