If you want a kid to finish work fast you should know how to help a child with homework in The Sims 4.

When an adult is helping a child do their homework they’ll finish it so fast and save you so much time.

This is a requirement for the successful lineage aspiration too!

How to Help a Child With Homework in The Sims 4

Helping a child do their school work is actually so easy. First, you need to control the child and click on their homework book in their inventory and choose do homework.

Once the child starts doing their homework you can control the adult and click on the child. A help with homework option will appear in that initial menu and your adult sim will go over and sit with them or stand near them if there is nowhere to sit.

Helping a child or teenager with their homework is great because it makes them finish their homework faster so you have more time to have fun or work on child skills!

Helping Children With School Projects

If you have The Sims 4: Parenthood you can also have parents help their children with school projects. These are projects that come home with your kids from time to time or you can purchase them in build mode.

These projects should be done in a timely manner to have your kids earn more school performance. After a child has begun working on their project you can control an adult and click on the project and choose assist with project and the adult will sit and help.

Assisting is great because your kid will get all the glory with improved grades but they can finish it faster.
