It is actually so easy to call your property owner to visit! All you need to do is go into your sim’s phone menu under the blue house icon. You’ll see Call Property Owner to Visit and you’ll want to click on that.
When you do this you’ll get a notification letting you know that they’ll be right over. Then, when they arrive you’ll get another notification telling you that they’re here for a visit! It’s seriously so easy.
Now that you have the knowledge of how to get your landlord to visit, you should annoy them and invite them over all the time. Or you can be nice and be a discerning dweller and keep the peace but that’s boring.
