How to Get an Emotion Stone in The Sims 4

If you want to bottle feelings you’ll need to get an emotion stone in The Sims 4.

This little stone from The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature lets your sim detect and bottle emotions!

How to Get Emotion Stone in The Sims 4

To get an emotion stone you’ll first need to have access to an apothecary table. You can purchase one from the build catalog called the Leafy Ledge Apothecary Table for §100.

Place this item on your sim’s lot and you’ll click craft. However, this item doesn’t unlock until your sim reaches level 6 of the apothecary skill.

To craft an emotion stone your sim will need to have 1 lump of moss, 2 sage and 1 lightning root leaf.

Getting the ingredients for the emotion stone is easy. Both the lump of moss and sage are available to be purchased right away on the apothecary table. You can also purchase the lightning root leaf at the apothecary table when you reach level 10 of the skill and unlock the advanced apothecary ingredients menu.

If you have less than level 10 of the apothecary skill you can find a lightning root plant out in the world. You can find one in the Everdew neighbourhood right in front of the Summerdream lot.

Once you’ve gathered the ingredients you’ll want to click on that table and scroll down to find the emotion stone and craft it. When you do, it’ll end up in the inventory for the apothecary table, not in your sim’s inventory.

However, you can drag it from that inventory by clicking on the table and choosing open and then drag it into your sim’s inventory.

Your sim is only able to have one emotion stone in their inventory at a time, however, they break! You may want to craft more than one and just leave them in the inventory so you always have one ready.
