How to Go Into Full Parent Mode in The Sims 4
Full parent mode in The Sims 4 allows your sims to ignore their own needs but still take care of their kids.
This comes with The Sims 4: Parenthood and is a requirement to become a super parent!
How to Go Into Full Parent Mode in The Sims 4
The first thing you must do to have the option for full parent mode is gain level 10 of the parenting skill. This skill is gained through doing parenting interactions with your sim’s children or by reading parenting skill books.
You can cheat the skill by using stats.set_skill_level major_parenting 10 to max it.
Once you have level 10 you’ll have the ability unlocked! To make it happen you need to do a bunch of parenting interactions back to back with any age of children from baby to teenager. There isn’t a set number of interactions to do, but you’ll get a moodlet when it happens.
Pro Tip: Do a bunch of baby interactions back to back to get full parent mode enabled. It’s the fastest way to do it!
The moodlet is a Happy +2 called Full Parent Mode and it says “All the parenting you’ve done has caused the world to slow around you. You you feel like nothing can slow you down.”

Once you have this moodlet on your sim they will be in full parent mode. When this happens you’ll notice their needs won’t go down at all the entire time the moodlet is active so they can get other things done for themselves or their kids without having to eat or sleep.
You could truly hack a sim’s entire life without cheating by going into full parent mode over and over all day long and never have to take care of their needs.
With the knowledge of full parent mode you can finish the super parent aspiration and raise huge families without having to worry too much about the parent!
