When you arrive at their home you can click on the door and choose knock on door and they should let you in. Then head into the kitchen and choose clog drain when you click on the sink.
You need to be a little inconspicuous when doing this. If a sim catches you clogging their drain you’ll get a notification saying “This is inappropriate. Please stop.”
If you continue clogging their drains you’ll eventually be kicked out of their home. You’ll get a notification saying “Ok, enough is enough. I’m going to have to ask you to leave now.” When this happens your sim will be escorted out and you won’t be able to knock on their door for a while.
