How to Become a Spellcaster in The Sims 4

If you want to practice magic you need to become a spellcaster in The Sims 4!

This comes with The Sims 4: Realm of Magic and is super fun.

Your sims will be able to learn awesome spells and set other sims on fire!

How to Become a Spellcaster in The Sims 4

There are two ways you can be a spellcaster, the first way being to create a spellcaster in create-a-sim. This is done super easily by clicking on the add sim button and choosing add occult sim and then picking the spellcaster option.

Then you’ll be able to create your spellcaster to look however you’d like!

If you want to become a spellcaster in The Sims 4 through gameplay, you’ll need to first travel to the magic realm through the portal.

You’ll find this in Glimmerbrook in the left side of the world, if you travel to the Glimmerbrook Watch lot you can walk there and click on the portal and travel there!

Once in the Magic Realm you’ll need to find one of these three sages. You’ll know they’re sages because they have icons above their head showing you that they’re important.

You’ll need to befriend one of the sages, doesn’t matter which one. Introduce yourself and then start doing some friendly interactions until your relationship is high enough where you see ask how to use magic.

Clicking on this (as long as your relationship is high enough) will result in your sim getting a notification saying that you need to find 7 magical motes.

These are shiny balls that are located all around the building and you need to bring them back to the sage.

When you find a mote outside click collect mote and repeat this process until you’ve gathered all 7. Then go to the sage and choose turn in motes.

Once you do this the sage will use their wand and cast a spell turning your sim into a spellcaster and the process is complete!

Now that you know how to become a spellcaster you can totally finish the spellcraft & sorcery aspiration and go off and duplicate items and set sims on fire!
