How to Get The Magical Origami Butterfly in The Sims 4

If you’ve caught the first 13 butterflies you’ll need to figure out the sims 4 magical origami butterfly, but you don’t catch this one!

This butterfly comes with The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits and has your sim working with the paper craft skill.

How to Get The Magical Origami Butterfly in The Sims 4

Each of the insects in the butterfly & moth collection has a riddle with it that gives you information on how to catch it. The magical origami butterfly description says “Crafted in magic, to life it springs, a butterfly of paper spreads its wings. Collect all others to see it thrive, placed in a habitat to come alive.”

For this, you need to first catch the other 13 butterflies and moths. It says in that riddle collect all others which means you can’t craft it until you’ve caught the rest. You’ll also need to have at least level two of the paper crafting skill.

You’ll need to purchase the DIY Delight Papercrafting Kit for this and place it on any table in the game. Your sim will use this item to gain the skill and to make the Magical Origami Butterfly. Once you reach level two, the option to craft this butterfly will appear.

You’ll click on that option and the butterfly will appear in your sim’s inventory. However, you aren’t done yet. You need to get yourself a Gibbi Point Butterfly & Moth Habitat for 600 simoleons first.

Once you place this item you’ll click on it and choose place butterflies or moths and choose Magical Butterfly Origami. This will place the origami butterfly into the habitat and it will come to life.

At this time your sim will finish the collection and get a notification saying congratulations and even saying that The Society of Lepidopterology wants to know how you did it!
