Where to Catch The Jelly Butterfly in The Sims 4

If you’re trying to catch all the butterflies you’ll need to find the Jelly Butterfly in The Sims 4.

This butterfly comes with The Sims 4: Adventure Awaits but it requires you to first catch an Astral Pro-Jellyfish.

Where to Catch The Jelly Butterfly in The Sims 4

Each of the items in the moths & butterflies collection has a riddle attached to it that you can read and figure out to find out where to find them. For the Jelly butterfly it says “In Crystal Valley, by the Electric Lagoon, catch a Jellyfish to summon a butterfly or two. Place in world to make them appear, and then watch as Jelly Butterflies flutter near.”

This is one of the easiest ones to understand, your sim needs to first head to the Crystal Valley neighbourhood in Gibbi Point and catch a Astral Pro-Jellyfish.

For this you’ll need to have a sim who has a few levels of the fishing skill because you need to go fishing in the Electric Lagoon to catch a jellyfish. It doesn’t require you to have the skill maxed, but a few levels will definitely help catch it.

Once your sim catches the fish you’ll find it in your sim’s inventory. Then, you’ll click on it and chose place in world. This will have the Jellyfish appear by your sim’s feet, don’t worry! Once you catch the butterflies you can click on it and put it back into your sim’s inventory.

Once the Astral Pro-Jellyfish is on the ground you’ll see a few butterflies fly around your sim and the fish. You’ll click on those and choose to catch them!
