How to Experience a Full Moon in The Sims 4
To be a true werewolf you’ll need to experience a full moon in The Sims 4.
Wild things happen to werewolves when in the full moon phase, and you need to get through the night to finish the werewolf initiate aspiration.
This aspiration and task both come with The Sims 4: Werewolves!
When is the Full Moon?
The first thing you need to know is when the full moon will happen! There are two places you can see the lunar phases, the first being the little icon next to the clock and you can hover to see the current lunar phase.

If it’s not currently a full moon and you want to see when it’ll happen, you’ll need to check your sim’s household calendar. You can open this calendar at any time and see the lunar phases and when the next full moon is. On a normal lifespan it’s around every 8 days.

How to Experience a Full Moon in The Sims 4
The full moon begins in the evening, around 6-7PM and when it happens every werewolf will go into a rampage and get a +3 Angry moodlet called Call of the Moon.

When you go around in Moonwood Mill you’ll see lots of werewolves who are all glowing red and interacting with them can cause them to fight with you.

You can do literally anything for the entire evening and as long as your sim doesn’t die you’ll satisfy this requirement from the werewolf initiate aspiration.
When you make it to morning you’ll get a notification that says “Your sim has made it through the Full Moon! What a harrowing experience! Hopefully they learned a thing or two about being a Werewolf.”

Now you know exactly how easy it is to experience a full moon in The Sims 4 and you can go finish that werewolf initiate aspiration and move onto something more fun like the lone wolf aspiration instead!
