We’ve all met a kid who lived fast and didn’t care and that could be your sim with the sims 4 live fast aspiration.
This teen aspiration comes to your game with The Sims 4: High School Years and focuses sims on being a little naughty!
Relatable Bonus Trait
When you give your sim a teen aspiration like this one (or the goal oriented aspiration) your sim will be given the relatable bonus trait. This trait makes it so your sim can build their relationships with other teens more quickly, making it super easy for them to make friends.
Best Traits for Sims 4 Live Fast Aspiration
When you’ve played The Sims a lot you’ll know that your sims traits can have a huge impact on them. Here are some traits that you may want to add to your sim to make it easier to finish this aspiration:
- Mean: Sims with this trait are going to enjoy being mean and pulling pranks more, they are even better at fights and you need to to start a fight for this aspiration
You can also add lot traits to your sim’s household to make it easier to finish the aspiration:
- Convivial: Since this aspiration has a lot to do with the mischief skill you’ll want to gain that as fast as possible, and with convivial you’ll be able to gain that skill 50% more.
- Study Spot: This lot trait from Discover University makes it so your sim gains all skills more quickly, so you can gain the mischief skill even quicker.
Stages of the Aspiration
There are three stages of the sims 4 live fast aspiration for your sim to play through. As you complete the tasks you’ll get satisfaction points to spend and when you complete the aspiration you’ll get the dauntless reward trait!
Stage One: Trouble Maker
- Pull a Prank 3 Times
There are a bunch of ways you can prank school so this is an easy thing to do. The first thing you can do is prank a whiteboard in either of the classrooms by clicking on them and choosing prank whiteboard. Your sim will draw some funny pictures all over which is super funny.
The types of pranks your sim has access to depend on their level of the mischief skill with a higher level they can do more stuff. A fun prank you can do is click on a sim’s decorated locker and plant a stink capsule.
- Get in Trouble
To get your sim in trouble you’ll need to get detention! Getting detention is easy, you just need to skip class but make sure you get caught. The key is to make sure that the Principal finds you, I decided to just walk into the principal’s office to make it happen fast.
When you get in trouble your sim will get a notification letting you know that you’re getting detention and the sim may get an embarrassed moodlet too.
When a sim gets detention they are stuck at school until five o’clock instead of three o’clock like they’d normally be.
- Sneak Out to a Party
Of course a sim who wants to live fast is going to sneak out to parties, so it’s time to leave the house! You’ll first need to get an invite though. This starts by being friends with another teenager and giving them a call to ask about college parties.
You can find this option under the social menu on the phone or by clicking on a teen sim in the relationship panel.
When you do this you’ll have a phone chat with the other sim and choosing OK will give you an invite. You’ll get a notification at that moment telling you all the information you need, you need to try and leave without getting caught!
The most fun way to do this is to purchase The EZ Exit Window for the teen’s bedroom and go into the room alone, without anyone to catch you. Then click on the window and choose sneak to the college party.
Your sim will enter a rabbit hole and be at the party, often coming home dazed from having too much fun.
Stage Two: Risky Business
- Ask a Sim Out on a Date Five Times
Part of living fast is diving into romance and dating! You need to ask a sim out on five different dates, but it doesn’t need to be the same sim over and over.
You can do this by clicking on the sim and under the romance category clicking ask on date and choosing a location for the date.
Note: I first tried to ask out on a date via the phone, but this didn’t work for the aspiration for some reason which sucked.
- Start a Fight
Fighting isn’t great, but if you live fast you’ll get into a fight or two in your life. To fight another sim you’ll need to have a negative relationship with the target sim so you’ll need to do some mean interactions like insulting or mocking their outfits.
Then, you’ll see the option to fight appear in the main menu with a boxing glove next to it. Click that and the two sims will get into a fight in a giant cloud, thankfully it’ll be satisfied regardless if your sim wins or not.
- Summon an Urban Myth Twice
This is a simple social interaction that’s super easy to do, you’ll find it under the pranks menu as summon urban myth. If you don’t see if yet, you may need to increase your level of the mischief skill.
Stage Three: Live Fast
- Dare or Frame a Sim
To finish this aspiration you have two options, the first is to dare another sim to do a prank. You’ll find this under the mischief menu as dare to prank and you’ll get options like planting a stink capsule.
Daring someone to prank was easy, but I still haven’t figured out how to frame another sim for a prank. If anyone figures it out, let me know!
Dauntless Reward Trait
When your sim finishes the live fast aspiration they are going to be given the dauntless reward trait. This trait’s description reads “Dauntless sims always live life to the fullest and the Grim Reaper has a soft spot for dauntless pleas during matters of life and death. Risky fun sure has its perks.”
