You’ll need to have a first kiss to unlock other options like making out and other kiss options too.

How to Have a First Kiss in The Sims 4

The key to being able to have a first kiss with another sim is getting enough of a romantic relationship. You’ll first want to introduce yourself and gain some regular friendship, then you can start doing romantic interactions.

Once you hit 15% of a romantic relationship with another sim you’ll see the option for first kiss appear with two cute little hearts next to it!

When you click it you’ll see the two sims have an adorable first kiss where there are hearts around their heads and all sorts of cute stuff happening! You’ll then unlock other options for kissing under the romantic interactions menu.

Now that you know how to have a first kiss you’ll be able to work through the serial romantic aspiration or go off and have a beautiful relationship with another sim!
