You’ll want to have your sim travel to this lot at any time and look around the lot. You’ll see a large blue rectangle on the ground outside of the arts center.

To start working on the mural you’ll want to click on this and you can choose between the options of:

  • Paint City Mural
  • Paint Cultural Mural
  • Paint Political Mural

Choosing the spray graffiti option will not satisfy this requirement for the city native aspiration!

When you choose one of the murals your sim will start painting on the ground and it will take them a while to finish. Thankfully, they’ll gain the painting skill while they are working on it!
