This ability comes to the game with The Sims 4: Enchanted by Nature and is super easy to do!
How to Bottle Emotions With The Emotion Stone in The Sims 4
To be able to bottle a sim’s emotion, you first need to craft an emotion stone. Once you’ve done that and it’s in your sim’s inventory you can start bottling emotions!
There are two ways you can do this, the first way is to bottle your own sim’s emotions. To do this you’ll click on the emotion stone in your sim’s inventory and click apothecary > bottle emotion.
When you do this your sim will use the stone and the emotion potion that matches your sim’s mood will appear in their inventory.
However, you can only bottle specific emotions. This doesn’t work on sims who are feeling fine, scared, tense or embarrassed.
You also have the opportunity to bottle another sim’s emotion. With the emotion stone in your inventory you’ll click on the other sim and under the apothecary menu you’ll find bottle sim’s emotions. Click on that and your sim will put the emotion stone in the air and the other sim will spin around with green waves around them.
When this action is complete the other sim’s emotion will appear in your sim’s inventory and they can drink it or give it as a gift.
