How to Get Wild Birds in The Sims 4
To be able to add adorable wild birds to your sim’s lot you’ll need to place the Flock of Wild Birds item. However, this is locked initially until your sim is able to befriend wild birds that are located around the world. If you are unsure where to find these birds in the world there’s a section below showing all three locations.

Once you locate a flock of wild birds you can click on the tree trunk and choose socialize. Focus your sim’s attention on the positive interactions and keep doing those until you can become friends.

At any time you can see your sim’s relationship with these birds in the relationship panel. Once you reach around 40% friendship with a wild flock of birds you’ll get a notification saying “Your sim has befriended the flock and can now purchase a home for a Flock of Wild Birds.”

Now that you’ve gotten this notification and befriend the birds you can place the flock of wild birds item onto your lot. You’ll be able to communicate with these birds and even enable the ability to have them help you with gardening.

Where to Find Wild Birds
There are three different wild bird homes around the world. Two of them are located in the Bramblewood and one is located in Old New Henford. Below you can see the locations circled on the world map.

The first place you can find a flock of wild birds is between the 2 and 3 Olde Mill Lane lots in the Old New Henford Neighbourhood.

The second place you can find one is on the small island in the Bramblewood neighbourhood.

The final location is on the right side of the Bramblewood neighbourhood at the bottom of the hill, right beside the water.

Now that you understand where you can find birds and how to get wild birds on your lot you can become a true country caretaker and start caring for them!
