This blouse is so interesting with so many things going on. It has a peplum look to it with the cinched waist. I love the white collar and bow at the top and those buttons on the chest are adorable.
Afternoon Tea Skirt
If you wan to make the full look that that top, you need the skirt. This midi skirt goes past the knee and comes in all the same fun colours as the top.
Marmalade Dress
If you love a ruffle, you’ll love this dress. This dress has puff sleeves that are so cute, a set of two cute ruffles at the bottom and a bunch of ruffles on the chest.
