How to Use The Free Build Cheat in The Sims 4

If you’ve ever been to an ugly EA Lot and want to change it but can’t, the sims 4 free build cheat is the best.

This cheat lets you edit anything from the college dorms to the hospital and more!

How to Use Free Build

Free build is used when you’re on a lot where you are unable to go into build mode. If this applies you’ll see the lot saying This lot is not editable when you go to click on build mode. Thankfully, you can ignore this by opening the cheat box:

  • PC: Ctrl + Shift + C
  • Mac: Command + Shift + C
  • Console: All Four Triggers

Then you’ll type in bb.enablefreebuild and hit enter. You’ll then be able to click on the build icon and do whatever you want to that lot.
