Owning a rental unit is a lot of work but with these sims 4 for rent cheats you can make your experience easier.
This has cheats for traits in the pack as well as one to remove the cap on units in a rental.
Career Cheats
In this pack your sim can pick up a part-time job as a Handyperson, which makes sense because all of the rentals need help! You are able to use cheats to add this part-time job to your sim as well as to promote and demote them.

Trait Cheats
Using trait cheats is a great way to add more than just three traits to your sim and give them a more interesting personality. Below you’ll find the cheats to add any of the create-a-sim traits to your sim!

Note: The wise trait can only be added or cheated on to elders!
You can also cheat to add the aspiration reward cheats to your sim. There are actually three aspirations in this pack and each of them has a reward trait your sim can earn but with the below cheats you can add them without finishing the aspiration.

With all of these trait cheats you can change the word equip inside of the cheat to remove to have the trait removed from your sim instead.
Death Cheat
In this pack you can add a mold challenge to a household and if you don’t manage it well, this can lead to a death by mold. This gives a ghost a specific trait and you are able to cheat this death trait onto sims if you want to!

Using this cheat will immediately turn your sim into a ghost, so be aware of that!
