How to Get the Ly Waiting Fable

To get started with this fable you’ll need to find Todd Attenberry who is the Apothecary Vendor in Sprucederry Grove. You can find him at his shop between 8AM and 7PM!

Your sim will need to finish the be kind, unwind fable from Todd first before being able to get this one!

The Sims 4 Ly Waiting Fable Tasks

“Upon a full moon, at a Werewolf’s high noon, emotions were stirring down under. A boy had just met a creature to pet, but a greeting with Greg he did blunder. He went screaming away, telling neighbours that stray had pierced the boy’s skin with its teeth. But no marks were seen, the boy’s skin was clean, and the story was swept underneath. Again and again, that sweet charlatan would spin tale after tale about Greg. Now just wait and see, for his ultimate plea, was that Greg had consumed his whole leg…”

• Bottle Emotion

There are actually three ways you can bottle up emotions, and you will need to do three bottles total so you can pick one and do it three times or do all of them if you want. The first way works with the apothecary skill.

Your sim will need to have level six of the skill and will need to craft the emotion stone. Your sim will need to have one lump of moss, one lighting root leaf and two sage.

After crafting the emotion stone your sim is able to click on another sim (as long as they are experiencing an emotion that can be bottled) and choose apothecary > bottle sim’s emotion. When you do this the sim will spin around with green sparkles and the emotion will appear in your sim’s inventory.

Another way you can bottle an emotion is go to the Everdew neighbourhood in Innisgreen. You’ll find a gorgeous body of water called Moondrop Springs and click on it and choose bottle springs emotion potion and your sim will get an emotion potion from that.

The final way is by purchasing a rank two fairy perk! Your sim can purchase the perk to bottle their own emotion and use it on themselves or purchase bottle another’s emotion and use it on other sims.

You’ll click on either your sim or another sim and under the fairy menu you’ll find bottle emotion as an option.

• Consume Item

To finish this fable you’ll need to go into your sim’s inventory and click on one of these potions and choose drink focused emotion potion. When you do your sim will get a +1 moodlet that matches whatever potion they drank.

Reward for Completing the Fable

“Of course you can see that below the boy’s knee, was his leg which was perfectly fine. And the neighbours of Mill were no longer so chill with the boy’s constant need to malign. Then there’s Greg who’s fed up, with this pestering pup, who had bothered him all day and night. So when the boy came, there was no more shame, Greg decided to go for a bite. The boy sure did yelp, and he sprinted for help, but nobody came to the scene. I guess you could say, the boy got his way, ’cause now he had proof Greg was mean.”

When your sim finishes this fable they’ll get two rewards. The first is small critter bones which can be used to create things on the apothecary table!

The other item is the holistic cure which can be used to cure ailments that your sims can get from being unbalanced.
